Cozy Cottage Just Off Bike/Walkway Nestled in Woods
Looking for a place to stay in Grand Marais? Consider this cozy cottage home less than 1/2 mile from the center of town; nestled in the woods, yet right on the main road to Grand Marais. Private and charming, this immaculate home has 2 adjoining bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living/dining area, and a well proportioned kitchen. Outdside areas include a private patio area equipped with grill and picnic table and a luxurious front lawn. Optimal occupancy is 4, but there are adequate beds for 6 (see layout below). Cozy up with a book on either the front porch or living room couch. One bedroom is set up as a sitting area with a very comfy full sized futon that does day duty as a couch, and a lovely secretary for writing or to house your laptop (WiFi available). Town can get pretty noisey at night during the summer. After an enjoyable night on the town, you get to go home, feel nestled in the woods, private and secure and enjoy a quiet rest.
